Building a new print management system

Having been in the architectural design and landscaping industry for more than 55 years, printing and copying confidential documents, securely and ensuring effective, workflow solutions are in place is a priority. Their previous system had a variety of problems, including:

-  High overall supplier costs.

-  Constantly crashing workflow systems.

-  Lack of reliable service and support.


The solution

Having multiple sites across the UK, it was important to make sure the new system provided a seamless solution for every department. Whether that was superb quality colour prints to show off new designs to customers or high performance and reliable multifunctional devices to create instantly engaging marketing materials and also secure document management.

Gillespies previous machines were expensive to run and constantly required engineers in to fix issues, leaving them with continuous operational difficulties. The appointment of easycopiers helped to resolve their problem by installing a number of new Ricoh and HP (large format) devices as well as a brand new workflow management system, to help them manage their system more efficiently. This solution had an immediate effect. Not only providing a futureproof, reliable and secure service that will grow as the business evolves, but it will drastically reduce their ongoing service costs and current frustrations.
