Silverstone made the decision to tender their photocopying contract in 2004, and as part of this tender we needed to work with a company that understood our requirements, not just for today but to ensure it would support us in the future. easycopiers came into their own in this regard, they worked with us in helping to identify a number of ways we could take advantage of the investment, and to build an infrastructure that would support the business in the short term and to allow a number of options for the future.

Our initial contract was for three years and such was the confidence we have in easycopiers being our provider that after 18 months we renewed to a new four year contract in 2006. This added stability to the infrastructure and allowed us to concentrate on the business and to fully utilise the investment we had made. Our account manager, Samantha Dalrymple, was extremely important during this process; she helped identify the key points in our requirements and enabled us to make the right decisions over what equipment was required and how to get the most benefit from it.

Support for equipment is very important as we have moved away from local printing facilities and drive all print through the MFD devices. easycopiers are excellent when it comes to this area of the contract. The process for raising calls is very easy and all our users are able to this, this eliminates machines being unavailable before the IT department are made aware of the problem. Once a call has been raised the engineers sent to site are professional in their approach and ensure any disruption is kept to a minimum, whilst ensuring we are kept informed of the situation at all times.

On both occasions when new equipment has been installed it has been provided in a very professional manner from a point of not impacting the business in its day to day operation, to user training and ensuring the devices are used to their full capabilities.
