All customers are different and therefore their servicing requirements will vary by product, department, office and workload.

A standard agreement will not meet all requirements for all equipment all of the time. easycopiers believe that mediocrity need not be accepted and that each customer should have the opportunity to create their own individual service package that will take into account all areas of their business.

We are so confident in our service response we will pay cash compensation if we do not respond within the guaranteed response time.

easycopiers offer all of the above features in our unique service contracts.

We pride ourselves in our extremely high standards and guarantee to meet all criteria as outlined in your service agreements. If we fail to do so for whatever reason then we will pay you £100 in cash. This applies for customers with photocopiers that are running at least 6 ppm in colour and 25 ppm in monochrome.

For any customers with devices that output colour and monochrome speeds slower than the aforementioned print per minute ratio then we will pay you £25 in cash.
