All customers are different and therefore their servicing requirements will vary by product, department, office and workload.
A standard agreement will not meet all requirements for all equipment all of the time. easycopiers believe that each customer should have the opportunity to create their own individual service package that will take into account all areas of their business.
We are so confident in our service response we will pay cash compensation if we do not respond within the guaranteed response time.
In a nutshell, here's what we'll deliver:
easycopiers offer all of the above features in our unique service contracts.
We pride ourselves in our extremely high standards and guarantee to meet all criteria as outlined in your service agreements. If we fail to do so for whatever reason then we will pay you £100 in cash.
If we do not attend a call out within the allotted service response time we will credit your account with £100 as way of an apology.
Some parts will need replacing as time goes on due to wear and tear. We don't wait for it to break down we replace those parts as they approach the end of their duty cycle.
We don't have any call centres or voicemails. Each client has a direct dial to the service and technical department who are based out of our head office in Milton Keynes.
All consumables ordered before 4pm will be delivered to the client by courier the next working day.
