The customer wasn’t happy with their current service provider due to their poor response times, unreliable equipment and a lack of support from a dedicated Account Manager. They also required a more flexible agreement with regards to their printing and copying equipment, due to an ongoing restructure of the company’s offices. The customer also wanted to reduce total printing costs and to be able to manage departmental usage.
